Fish Dish 1

A little fishy on a little dishy....This fish dish is made using a slab of stoneware clay draped over a mould.  I have used blue clay slips to paint on the colour and then applied the sgraffito technique of scratching away the blue colour back to the creamy clay beneath to create the patterns.  These are fun to make and the fish each have their own cheeky characters.  Each fish is unique.
I think they would be lovely to use for food or to display items in a seaside themed bathroom.
This pottery dishwasher and microwave safe.
