Can I collect my purchase from you?

 

Yes, of course this is possible.  Please select "Collection" at the checkout for your preferred delivery option.  I will contact you once your goods are ready for collection.  We can then discuss a mutually convenient time for you to collect your order.   Please understand that I do not have opening hours.  To avoid disappointment, please make an appointment!

Deliveries

How are items packaged?

 

I carefully wrap all orders to hopefully ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
I try to re-use boxes and packaging where possible to cut down on waste. Please contact me if this is not suitable for you and we can discuss an alternative.

 

How long will it take you to process my order?

I aim to post your items no later than 2 working days after receiving the order -  I will let you know when your order has been dispatched.
 

How will my order be sent?

Orders will usually be sent via Evri courier, or Royal mail depending on what is most appropriate for the individual parcel. If you wish to discuss alternative delivery options please contact me.  On the off chance I may be in your area, or if you're very local, I may choose to deliver in person. In this instance I would expect to refund a reasonable portion of the delivery charge.


Do you get proof of postage?

I always get proof of postage for peace of mind and all parcels sent with evri will require a signature on delivery.
 

How long is delivery estimated to be?

I estimate that orders usually arrive  2-5 working days after dispatch. I go by what Evri and Royal Mail state on their website, however I can not guarantee that items will be delivered within this time as it is out of my hands as soon as I have dispatched it. I always aim to ship your purchased items as quickly as possible and will let you know if I anticipate any delay.  Please be patient.
Please note that postal delays can occur at certain times of the year e.g. Christmas and Bank holidays which are out of my control. Please consider this when placing your order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

A lot of care goes into making each piece of pottery listed for sale, so I really hope you will love it so much that you won't want to return anything.  However if you do decide that the piece is not for you please contact me before returning an item.  Please email me to explain why you are wishing to make a return and to make sure that I will be around to accept delivery.
Goods will only be accepted back for refund if they are returned in perfect resale condition.

Items returned for refund are to be sent at your expense unless incorrect items were sent. Please obtain a proof of posting and use a signed for service.
 

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.
You will of course receive a full refund or replacement item if I have one available.  When you email me, please attach  a photo of the damaged item along with a description. 

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of my products are correct. Different computer monitors will vary in their display of colour, so photos are for reference only as colours are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

All my items are handmade and so may have slight variations in colour and texture in the piece which is not to be considered a fault.

Cancellations

I hope you won't decide to cancel your order but if you do, I can accept cancellations if I am notified in writing within 12 hours of purchase.
